Excellent service from start to finish. MOT and was clearly told what work needed to be done and clear pricing . Will definately be using these guys again

Clean, tidy, quick, polite friendly and efficient. Kept work down to what was actually needed. Appeared to be on my side in as much as any business can. It is a little remote so a hot drink machine would be a much appreciated addition for those ‘While you wait’ customers..However it is surrounded by various other auto/plumbing/tool/maintenance warehouse and a supermarket. Will definately use again.

The Auto centre itself is ok not brill could improve in small ways., a coffee machine or similar, more enthusiastic staff. Throwing keys on the desks as they storm through in rush to get stuff done is not something you wish to see as a customer. Halfords itself though needs to update itself a little to help improve the units across the country. I made my booking online. Simple, easy and convenient, super! However on completing your basket and making payment there is a notes box. In most cases any form of notes are there should there be a question or query. Not just to mention something that may be useful on the day of the service. I completed the notes section as I had something of note and with all confidence thought that if there was a problem I would receive a communication of sorts prior to booking. Nothing came and as we all do, we tend to carry on with our busy lives (especially in the Xmas period) and think nothing more. I walk in to have the work done on the car and find from talking with the attendant that it was the first time he has seen the details of the services required and proceeded to inform of an issue. That issue being in the notes. Frustrating to say the least. It basically meant I had to runaround to solve the issue for the services to be completed. So spent two days messing with the car, instead of getting other things done. Second to that is pricing. Great value for the services that they provide in my thought, however if something needs to be changed, parts and labour are a little over the top. Rear brake pads cost £109 fitted. You can buy OEM pads for 20 quid or less in some places. An exhaust front pipe for my car would have been 165 fitted. I had a front pipe, lambda sensor and Gasket fitted for 200 somewhere else. Prices are a little high Halfords. Customers want value as well as good service.
